We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your test or request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Refund
Once a booking is made, a non-refundable administrative fee of £25 will be deducted from the refund amount if the booking is cancelled. Other fees may apply if the booking is cancelled within a short time frame; please see below for further details. The remaining balance will be processed accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your exam, you must do so at least three days before the scheduled test date. In such cases, a cancellation fee of £100 will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you using the same method of payment you used for the initial purchase.
Please note that if you cancel your exam within three days of the test taking place or fail to attend the scheduled test, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Amending Test Dates
If you need to reschedule your test date, you can make a request up to one day before the exam date. However, please be aware that a rescheduling fee of £100 will be applicable.
Refund Process
In the event of an eligible refund, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
